As many of you know I really love sweet potatoes! And now that Fall is fast approaching I should also confess my love of pies!

So with my chocolate sweet potato pudding and my gluten-free pie crust I give you my delicious and healthy chocolate sweet potato pie!


Bringing along a Chocolate Sweet Potato Pies is sure to make you the most distinguished guest at your next dinner party.


  • 1 chocolate sweet potato pudding
  • 1 gluten-free pie crust


Preheat the oven to 375 F

Scoop in the sweet potato pudding into the crust and smooth over

Bake @ 375 F for 30-40 minutes

Set it out for 30-60 minutes to cool off before serving


You can fill your pie crust with the pudding ahead of time if you are looking to bake the pie closer to dinner.
