The weather has been warming up pretty drastically, at least here in the southeastern United States. With all the heat we have been experiencing it has given me some great opportunities to try out various new nice cream flavors.
Ever since going vegan, nice cream has really been my favorite healthy promoting dessert to enjoy. Today’s recipe is one that I have been asked a lot about in the past, so here is my coffee flavored nice cream. I must say I really enjoy this one as a midday snack or even a fun breakfast on those hot summer mornings.
Making your own homemade vegan Cofee Nice Cream is a great way to cool off during those hot summer days with healthy plant-based ice cream.
- 3 ripe bananas (frozen)
- 1/4 cup plant-based milk
- 1 tbs coffee (finely ground)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Place all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes until the nice cream has reached a soft-serve consistency.
