The holidays are almost here and it is time to break out some of the most delicious desserts we can find. My new favorite holiday vegan ice cream is a chocolate peppermint ice cream that is completely whole food plant-based and extremely easy to make.
I have been making this recipe a lot for family and friends and wanted to make sure it was out so that everyone can get their bananas freezing for any upcoming holiday get-togethers. Personally, I will be making this nice cream to end our upcoming family Christmas dinner.

This Chocolate Peppermint Nice Cream is an amazingly delicious healthy WFPB vegan ice cream recipe that the whole family will enjoy!
- 3 ripe bananas (frozen)
- 1/4 cup plant-based milk
- 2 tbs cocoa powder
- 1/8 tsp peppermint extract
Place all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes until the nice cream has reached a soft-serve consistency.
