This easy to make whole-food plant-based Sweet Potato Pie Pudding is great to make when we are looking for a healthy dessert in a hurry!
- 2 sweet potatoes, (cooked)
- 1/4 cup plant-based milk
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Blend or process all of the ingredients together for 1 to 2 minutes.
This recipe can be served warm or chilled depending on the time of year and your personal pudding preferences.
